Requirements

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements and support the integration of new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and develop manufacturing processes across forging, CNC, grinding, and testing operations
- Support new product integration, including manufacturability, ERP setup, and customer submittals
- Create and manage bills of materials, routings, work instructions, and SOPs
- Support NADCAP special processes and quality investigations (CAPAs, APQP, PPAP, etc.)
- Manage CNC programming for tooling and fastener manufacturing
- Lead tooling design, debug processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain drawings, specs, and process documentation
- Drive cost-down, quality, safety, and productivity projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3–5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in aerospace or related industry
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, ProE, or similar CAD tools
- Knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, GD&T, AS/MS/NAS standards, AS9102, and APQP-PPAP
- Experience in fastener manufacturing is a strong plus
