This individual must be self-motivated and will work with a cross functional team including engineering, factory management, program management, and other assemblers/testers.

What Will You Do
- Bond with resins and adhesives using specified shop processes
- Use various hand tools to remove parts from tool and/or debur sharp edges.
- Assemble builds using provided work instructions, drawings, and engineering support.
- Typically requires High School Diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations
- Experience with assembly and/or manufacturing
- Experience using hand tools
- U.S. Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Bonding and curing experience
- Experience reading drawings
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Demonstrated motivation for continuous improvement.
- Basic computer skills
- Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, demonstrated process.
