The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00

What You'll Do
- Manage sourcing processes for Domestic and Direct Import strategies.
- Oversee costing and quality for Omni channel sourcing and operations.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships.
- Lead sourcing opportunities and ensure supplier capability.
- Guide partners and suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and price goals.
- Analyze data and compile reports to support business decisions.
- Global sourcing, merchandising, or procurement experience in Fashion/Women's categories.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3 years in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing; 4-6 years with major brands or importers/agents.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate business priorities and drive results.
