The Details
Product Data Management
- Manages product data using PIM and syndication tools for access and accuracy.
- Integrates product data capture within PDP, drives platform adoption globally, and manages digital catalogs.
- Improves PIM/syndication processes, coordinates SAP-Hybris-Salsify info flow, and supports sales and marketing with data.
- Partners with marketing and IT for content standards, upgrades, and testing.
- Participates in trainings, coordinates DevOps inventory feeds, and troubleshoots web issues.
- Leads team to maintain accurate material master data in SAP.
- Manages SKU creation workflow, initiates lifecycle processes, and conducts audits for compliance.
- Implements proactive parts lookup, leads governance and reporting, identifies data gaps, and improves data integrity.
- Supports tool improvements, structures data for Parts Lookup, prioritizes collection, leads dissemination, and promotes system info.
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience; MBA or MIS a strong plus
- 7 to 10 years of global management experience in Sales and/or Marketing roles for a company containing a large portfolio of products
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing roles to support Sales
- Highly analytical, process‑oriented, and experienced in driving operational excellence through data
- Experience leading managers and teams of professionals in a global, shared services environment
- Effective written and oral communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms; strong presentation skills for executive-level presentations
- Collaborative and effective team player and able to work with teams who are globally dispersed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management software (SAP preferred)
- Available to work on site as required by job
- Eligible for domestic and international travel several times per year up to two weeks in duration
