What You Will Learn
- Accountable for managing Plants Inventory, Capital Expenses, and E&O reporting in various internal systems (Magnitude, Graal, & LOGR)
- Oversees the timely and accurate reporting of plants in all reporting systems.
- Analyze variances to budget/forecast and provide detailed explanations and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for operations leadership and senior management. Provide insightful analysis on operational performance, including production costs and inventory levels.
- Support initiatives to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities across manufacturing, logistics, and procurement. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational costs, productivity, and efficiency.
- Standardize and optimize ways of working with the plant finance teams to improve financial performance of the plant.
- Ability to become a strategic "bench" resource within the broader manufacturing finance organization, providing support, coverage, and expertise on various projects and initiatives as needed. This includes being prepared to step into different roles or contribute to special assignments to foster professional growth and ensure organizational resilience.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, preferably with a significant focus on manufacturing or operations finance
- Ability to clearly and accurately identify, define and solve reporting issues
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Magnitude a
- Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory management, capital expenditure management, and supply chain finance.
- Flexible to travel to different Manufacturing Plants in the US Canada
- Salary Range: $90,200 - $128,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
