Job Duties
- Business Ops and Systems - E-Commerce Team
- Preforms item adds, changes, and basic updates in the item master database.
- Generates and maintains basic reports related to item master data.
- Monitors and responds to inquires, requests, and issues in the eCommerce inbox promptly.
- Ensure that item master data is accurate, consistent, and up to date across all systems.
- Works item master change request webforms maintain item master data
- Works recurring item add batches for supporting requests from key stakeholders within UTMB
- Works with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, and finance, to support data management efforts and resolve item master-related issues.
- Assists with other item master-related duties as needed to support the overall eCommerce operations.
- Adheres to internal controls established for the department.
- Performs other related duties as required by the department.
