- Set up and operate manual lathes and mills as well as CNC vertical machining centers and lathes.
- Perform progressive machining operations on close-tolerance parts.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet scheduling and quality goals.
- Report unsafe conditions and follow safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with both manual and CNC machining.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- CNC programming skills.
- Familiarity with machining processes including mill and lathe operations.
- Familiarity with 4-axis controllers is a plus.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
