Job Summary: To render professional nursing care to assigned residents as directed by the charge nurse and/or RN. Collaborate with the staff and other members of the health care team to provide quality resident care. To perform all activities and procedures in accordance with approved P&P. Supervises and delegates appropriate duties to ancillary personnel. Assists with administering specialized therapy while maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment which will be conducive to the best interests and welfare of the residents; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Holds a current LPN license to practice in NC (NC license or multi-state (compact) license); at least one year experience in long term care preferred.
