Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Desktop Technician to join their team in Reading, PA and provide onsite support.
Duties And Responsibilities
The rate for this position is between $20.25 - $29.70 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Desktop Technician to join their team in Reading, PA and provide onsite support.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide support for all Walk-ups and remote support for end users
- Ensure the proper day-to-day operation of applications and equipment and troubleshoot on-site software and hardware issues on laptops, Tablets, Workstations, and peripherals
- Provide higher level support to servers, and/or network equipment or perform updates, repairs, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks
- Receive user calls and offer remote or on-site support
- Troubleshoot system, office hardware, and business applications
- Management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow / ITNOW tool
- Installation of Microsoft Windows 11 operating system using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Autopilot
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
- High School degree, CompTIA A Certificate or equivalent experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Must be helpful, relatable, and pleasant while diagnosing and fixing problems for end users
- Good communication, and customer support skills
- Good analytical / troubleshooting skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, and O365 support
