GDIT is seeking an Lead Enterprise Operations Manager to join our program supporting the biomedical research community for our customer with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) at the National Institutes of Health.

Job Description
GDIT is seeking an Lead Enterprise Operations Manager to join our program supporting the biomedical research community for our customer with the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) at the National Institutes of Health.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for the infrastructure operations team.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of NHLBI's heterogeneous hybrid infrastructure (on-premise and cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and GCP).
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of physical and virtual IT environments.
- Implement disaster recovery and continuity of operations plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure operations.
- Preferred experience with cloud technology and virtualization in a government or biomedical research setting.
- Strong understanding of data center management and disaster recovery planning.
- One or more Azure, AWS and/or OpenShift certifications
- PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with NIH
- ITIL/ITSM
