Position Summary

The Lead Director, Transformation Initiatives role will provide the business support for technology solutions in four key stakeholder areas of PBM program management Finance, IT, Sales, Legal and Underwriting. The candidate will provide leadership and day to day guidance for the program functionality, quality, and change management in support of large capital investments in the Finance business area. This individual will need to posses a strong technical background to guide the strategic vision and successful product positioning for supporting business process and technology change focused on financial, contract, and operational governance to mitigate financial loss due to errors in the translation between sales intent, contracting, and billing activities.. This individual will drive risk mitigation and management strategies by ensuring alignment of capital development activity within the overall finance program and legal and billing business processes.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of work in finance, strategic transformation, or technology development
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and influence across business, finance, and technology; effective in matrixed, regulated enterprises.
• End-to-end ownership of readiness and adoption for at least two major platform releases
• Experience in healthcare industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
• PMP certification
• Experience with highly complex, inter-connected systems and business processes

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
