Mercy Care Atlanta is seeking a Lead Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support while supervising a team of Administrative Assistants. What You Will Do
- Lead and manage daily operations of the administrative team, including scheduling, resource allocation, and timecard review.
- Provide training, onboarding, and performance evaluations for Administrative Assistants.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions for senior leadership.
- Draft and proof reports, presentations, and correspondence while maintaining organized filing systems.
- Support program initiatives, workshops, and compliance documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA standards.
- Assist with special projects and operational improvements across departments.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of administrative experience with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.
