Job Summary

This position will support the Financial Statutory and MLR Compliance team, focusing on the preparation and analysis of multiple NAIC and state statutory filings and the CMS MLR filings for the Medicare business. This position will work closely and review the work of the off-shore team.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting
• 3 years accounting experience.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Employee development, work management, and motivation skills.
• Clear, concise oral and written communication, with good grammar and word choice, matched to the audience.
• Self motivated/self starter
  
  

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NAIC and state statutory requirements
• Experience with Medicare and CMS reporting
• Insurance experience is a plus.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with delinquency and collection policy.
• Knowledge of alternative funding products.
• Knowledge of billing and BARS setup for ASO products.
• Experience with PeopleSoft, BARS, RBY, BlueChip, G/L, Blue Star and VDR systems

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$54,800.00 - $121,100.00
