Typical Intern Activities May Include The Following
- Review and analyze contracts, service agreements and other legal documents.
- Conduct detailed legal research on case law, statutes, and regulatory updates impacting Aramco Americas’ operations.
- Draft summary memoranda, internal briefs, and professional e-mails for assigning attorneys.
- Generate spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to summarize complex legal analysis.
- Other tasks and projects assigned by members of Aramco Americas Law.
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicants must be either a rising 1L or rising 2L (or equivalent) at an ABA-accredited law school by the start of the internship, and be enrolled in law school at least part-time.
- Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job as outlined.
- Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and comply with applicable work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette.
