This consultant will sit within a product squad responsible for enhancing and scaling a CRM-powered digital platform used daily by senior leaders and client-facing teams.

Job Description
Insight Global is partnering with a Boston-based client to support a Product Analyst joining a high-visibility Digital Products team focused on relationship management and business development enablement. This consultant will sit within a product squad responsible for enhancing and scaling a CRM-powered digital platform used daily by senior leaders and client-facing teams.
On a Day-to-day Basis, The Product Analyst Will
- Partner closely with the Product Owner to break down strategic initiatives-including CRM enhancements, workflow automation, and AI-enabled capabilities-into clearly defined epics and user stories
- Translate complex business needs from stakeholders into detailed, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment across business, product, and engineering teams
- Collaborate daily with engineers, designers, data partners, and business stakeholders to support delivery across the Agile product lifecycle
- Execute and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating that delivered functionality meets business requirements and quality standards prior to release
- Support user adoption by working in close alignment with the Change Management team, ensuring solutions are intuitive and ready for end users (without directly owning change activities)
- Triage and manage incoming support tickets related to the CRM and relationship management platform, partnering with end users, Data Operations, and engineering teams to investigate issues and drive timely resolution
- Contribute to product releases that integrate seamlessly into existing tools such as Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and mobile applications, improving usability, adoption, and overall business value

Skills And Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Product Analyst or Business Analyst role within a fast-paced, product-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) or enterprise workflow tools; CRM integrations (Outlook, Teams, mobile) strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in writing user stories and defining/validating acceptance criteria
- Strong ability to operate in ambiguity, balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured requirements
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle, with curiosity around AI-enabled workflows and automation - Local to Greater Boston
- Able to commute to Seaport 1-2 times per month
