- Compensation: $52,000 - 55,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
- Design and execute print and digital material from concept through execution of finished printed and online works.
- Conceptualize and collaborate with creative, brand management, and strategy team members to elevate the overall creative product by applying industry best practices, design intuition and audience relevancy
- Develop effective partnerships with departmental peers to ensure a collaborative process evolves into well-developed creative that meets the stakeholders' objectives.
- Complete a high volume of projects, working within budget and scheduling requirements, ensuring that all materials are of the highest visual and technical quality and meeting, or exceeding, company standards.
- Develop and present convincing presentations and mock ups of creative work
- Learn and utilize Workfront, (work management tool), assign print specifications, and prepare and package files for prepress team’s use.
- Partner with senior level team members to learn and assist with pre-production, on-site and post-production of photo shoots.
- Ability to travel as required by business needs.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or training; Education will be considered in lieu of experience
- Knowledge and understanding of print production and marketing.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite, (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Acrobat).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with digital design and best practices.
