Overview

About this Position:

We’re looking for a Junior Producer to help keep projects running smoothly and support senior producers on larger, more complex work. In this role, you’ll learn the ins and outs of production—partnering with teams across strategy, creative, design, and tech to deliver high-quality work. You’ll assist with schedules, budgets, and deliverables while gaining hands-on experience with production tools and workflows that bring ideas to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to define project scope and budget
  • Ensure scope, timing, and budget stay on track—even as project needs evolve
  • Manage project administration/tool set-up, gather resources, and participate in kick-off meetings
  • Learn and follow various project management approaches like Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall
  • Monitor schedules and sprint plans,, clearly communicate timing, and drive accountability across teams
  • Assist with internal communications and documentation—covering project status, risks, and dependencies—while contributing to meetings and keeping Confluence up to date
  • Support financial management of projects including estimate creation (labor and material costs), billable labor hour tracking, PO/Invoices, and job closure at the end of the project
  • Partner closely with Creative teams and manage creative deliverables (content strategy, wireframes, design comps, etc.)
  • Route assets / deliverables through Proofreading, Product Insights, Business Affairs, Digital Asset Management and internal Legal teams
  • Prep creative deliverables (copy, images, videos) for Content Authors
  • Support Content Authoring tasks and assist with content QA
  • Partner with internal teams for Multimedia tasks (audio/video edits)
  • Create Jira tickets for Art Studio tasks (asset prep, retouching) and Content Authoring tasks
  • Assist with web page reviews/feedback, bug resolution (code or content)
  • Wrap-up project closure tasks; archive project documentation
  • Escalate any critical project or client challenges to the Producer or Senior Producer.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 6 months of production experience in advertising or related business is required. (Bonus points if you’ve worked on an automotive client)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with internal stakeholders while balancing and prioritizing client requests
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • A organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

Compensation Range: $39,710.00 - $55,110.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
