Junior Developer — Data Intelligence Team (Salesforce Growth Path)

About The Role

We are seeking a Junior Developer to join our Data Intelligence team. In this role, you will support the development of internal tools, data workflows, and integrations that drive insights across the company. This position is well suited for early-career developers who want to grow into a full-stack data engineering and Salesforce development path. You will work closely with senior engineers, gain hands-on experience with production systems, and gradually transition into Salesforce Sales Cloud development with full training and mentorship.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining internal applications and tools using C#, ASP.NET MVC,
• JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Work with SQL or NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB) to support data-driven applications and reporting.
• Help integrate backend services, RESTful APIs, and frontend components into cohesive solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and Salesforce developers on cross-functional initiatives.
• Learn and progressively contribute to Salesforce Sales Cloud development (Apex, Flows, APIs).
• Support the team in creating automation, internal dashboards, and data-powered operational tools.
  
  

Core Skills (Required)

• Experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web application fundamentals.
• Comfort with Visual Studio, VS Code, and Git/GitHub.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn from senior engineers.
  
  

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• React or another modern frontend framework.
• Experience building Chrome extensions.
• Exposure to Azure or another cloud platform.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Any exposure to Salesforce, Apex, or CRM platforms (not required).
