We are seeking a detail-oriented and growth-driven Junior Systems Analyst to support the Customer Care Team. This role will work closely with the Senior Systems Analyst to manage reporting, analyze data, and support the administration of key systems including Microsoft Dynamics (ticketing) and Talkdesk (IVR). The ideal candidate is tenacious, curious, and eager to expand their technical and analytical skill set in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Track and report on Customer Care performance metrics using structured reporting tools.
Assist with system configuration, maintenance, and support for Microsoft Dynamics and Talkdesk.
Conduct ad hoc data mining and spot checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Identify trends and patterns in large data sets to support business decisions.
Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, MS SQL, Qualtrics, Dataiku, and Power Automate.
Create and deliver clear, data-driven presentations using PowerPoint.
Support ongoing projects and initiatives led by the Senior Systems Analyst.

Microsoft Excel: Proficient in VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data formatting.
SQL: Basic querying and data extraction.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. Experience with Power BI, Qualtrics, Dataiku, or Power Automate.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Talkdesk, or similar CRM/IVR platforms.
Background in customer care, systems support, or business analysis.
