IT Support Technician

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end users.
- Build, rebuild, and configure computers and related equipment.
- Provide training and guidance to users on technology and system usage.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across systems and applications.
- Support technology operations across two locations, including occasional on-site assistance.
- Perform imaging, wiping, and deployment of devices.
- Collaborate with IT teams to assist with tasks requiring specialized expertise.
- Document issues and resolutions using a ticketing system.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong communication with users.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support organizational technology needs.
- Desktop support
- Help desk and customer service experience
- Hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Operating system support
- Imaging and device preparation
- Account and permission management
- Phone and in-person support
- Ticketing system usage
- 1 years of IT or desktop support experience
- Experience with hardware break/fix, imaging, and device wiping
- Familiarity with account management systems
- Exposure to cloud-based administration or modern device management tools (preferred but not required)
