EDUCATION: Bachelor's minimum of 5 years experience.
Substitutions Allowed: No Degree - 9 years of related experience, MA/MS Degree - 3 years
CLEARANCE: Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) CI Poly
