Security Analysts administer, maintain, develop, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of Client"s systems. They provide specialized technical knowledge. They contribute to the establishment of security related policies by identifying opportunities for effective use of security tools and procedures.

Individuals in this job position perform work at the entry-level within this job family. Identity Security Associate I are IT Security specialists. They demonstrate the ability to clearly express and share ideas and risks, both verbally and written, positively and effectively, with their supervisor and team members. Effective in communicating status to the team. Demonstrates confidence and active listening to confirm understanding of the deliverable. They act within well-defined policies and procedures and be closely supervised. The standard focus is on existing products or processes. Identity Security Associate I is seen as an individual contributor within their team. They are competent at managing their time, have interpersonal and collaboration skills. They do not manage other individuals and are typically closely managed. The decisions they make impact their team or specific area of support. As individual contributors, they are considered members of a group or team focused on delivering business goals by following structured processes and procedures to deliver results. They will work on small, isolated tasks where they are solely responsible for the work - their contribution is measured by their ability to complete the work assigned to them. Key Responsibilities
- Ability to work on a team of security analysts focused on access administration principles and security compliance principles
- Provide frontline support of Identity Access Management
- Analyze and provide information to third parties on security investigations
- Collaborate with audit teams on security process deficiencies and provide remediation
- Provide new/updated data compliance solutions to meet national security standards
- Collaborate with global IT teams on projects requiring data governance providing solutions
- Knowledge of security awareness products and practices
- Ability to assist user community on security access needs in all environments
- Working knowledge of Active Directory Infrastructure as well as company ERPS
- Work on various internal projects/initiatives with internal and cross functional teams
- 0-2 years of IT or a related discipline experience
- Good analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Good oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) and security compliance principles
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, and lead presentations, training courses, and effective meetings
- Must be comfortable working remotely and lack of face to face time with colleagues and managers
