Job Activities
- Image and deploy laptops utilizing SCCM and InTune
- Provide desktop support in a Microsoft Windows/365 environment
- Resolve submitted helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
- Assist staff with day-to-day IT issues
- Equipment set-up and deployment
- Assist with various IT projects as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree in IT related field, preferred
- CompTIA A certification, preferred
- 1-2 years applicable IT experience
