The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing inventory control operations within the organization. This role ensures that inventory levels are maintained accurately and efficiently, and that inventory processes are optimized to support the company's operational goals.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of anyone performing inventory functions.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Address and resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues.
- Prepare and present inventory reports to management.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff in inventory functions.
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Excellent communication written and verbal skills
- Salesforce/Netsuite or other Warehouse Management System Experience
- Ability to work full time
- Occasional travel
- Be able to lift 50lbs
