Job Summary
Coordinate all aspects of international logistic functions. Coordinate smooth product and document movement through proper carrier selection and follow up. Build relationships with carrier partners and negotiates on a spot basis to meet customer requirements. Update and maintain data that is presented to inside and outside customers, vendors and carriers. Assure timely and accurate costing of freight. Administer procedures to ensure near zero nonconformance rates. Identify service failures and remedies as quickly and completely as possible.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Create booking and dispatch shipments to the local and international carriers
- File export shipment data into U.S. Census system and send to international carriers
- Maintain, manage and communicate outbound loading schedules with warehouse
- Assure freight cost accuracy by comparing cost protected to carrier contracts
- Maintain and manage outbound FTZ process
- Add data and maintain data integrity in Sysco's export shipping system (SUS - Export Module)
Education
- High School diploma required. Associate's degree preferred
- 1 year International Logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Fluency in Spanish preferred.
