In addition, they will provide hands-on and strategic support to our employees through workplace communication and conflict issues to cultivate respect and collaboration within a dynamic and exceptionally fast-paced environment. This role will allow the Internal Community Relations Partner to showcase their exceptional communications skills, experience managing projects, make strategic decisions with outstanding judgment, and recognize and surface different types of risk.

Required Skills
Internal Community Relations Partner Responsibilities:
- Enable productive and collaborative connections within our internal Meta Community within policy guardrails
- Respond to community concerns strategically, with empathy and urgency
- Educate employees on the rules of engagement to effectively enable community building
- Provide direction, guidance, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization to both educate and prevent escalations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners within key teams, including HR, Legal, Employee Relations, Security, and Communications to implement global solutions to mitigate risk
- Independently maintain data related to the team's work to proactively assess, manage, and inform improvements to our internal processes
- Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended HR community
- Draft influential communications to drive impactful outcomes
- 24/7 crisis prevention including prevention, de-escalation, and response
- Policy drafting, management, interpretation, and enforcement
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 years experience in an Employee Relations, HR, Communications, Community Management, or equivalent work experience
- Experience developing and enforcing HR policies
- Experience assessing and managing personnel and communications risks
- Communication and critical thinking skills
- Experience with crisis mitigation and management
- Experience with project and change management
- Experience with consulting, coaching, and facilitation
- Experience with policy drafting, management, interpretation, and enforcement
- Experience with Cross-functional team collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent work experience
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Knowledge in project planning methodologies
- Experience supporting global organizations at scale
- Experience with 24/7 crisis management, including prevention, de-escalation, and response
