Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Airtable solutions to streamline workflow management and reduce email dependency
- Analyze current workflows and processes to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation
- Support the development and implementation of ChatGPT enterprise solutions for marketing operations workflows
- Collaborate with teams to document, test, and optimize new automated processes
- Assist in creating technical documentation and training materials for new systems
- S upport the evaluation and integration of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Pursuring a M aster's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field during the duration of the internship
- Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python
- Hands-on experience building and deploying data, AI, or application solutions on Azure or AWS, including use of managed services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, SageMaker, serverless compute ).
- Experience with workflow automation and process optimization
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and applications
- Demonstrated experience with database management and workflow platforms (e.g., Airtable )
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pursuing a M aster's degree in Computer Science , AI, or related field
- Previous experience in entertainment or media industry
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT API or similar large language models
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML and web technologies
- Previous internship or work experience in process automation or digital transformation
- Understanding of post-production workflows and digital asset management systems
