Our 10-week paid Summer Internship Program gives students hands-on exposure to the dynamic cruise and leisure travel industry. We are looking for an amazing Intern, Instructional Designer to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. As an intern embedded with our team, this candidate will have the opportunity to work with established trainers, designers, facilitators, and people managers to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training initiatives to ensure MedallionClass processes are consistently followed throughout the fleet at the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities
- Attend meetings with subject matter experts and debrief sessions with team instructional designers.
- Identify business objectives to ensure learning design aligns with ultimate business goals.
- Design training strategies based on business objectives and unique constraints.
- Develop training materials based on approved instructional design.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Interest in the cruise and travel industry is a plus.
- This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company's schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
