The Role
Intern must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) during the 10-week program.
Program Dates: May 29 - August 7, 2026.
Location : This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US.
Work Authorization : US Work Authorization required for this role.
Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate's commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

The Main Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations of AWS environments including EC2 instances, EKS clusters, and networking to on-prem via Direct Connect.
- Assist in automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansible.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and deployment automation.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and document issues in cloud environments.
- Write scripts and tools in Python to enhance automation and system reliability.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship.
- Graduating August 2026 - May 2028
- Preferred fields include but not limited to: Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Familiarity with Linux system administration.
- Basic knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, EKS).
- Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Python programming skills for scripting and automation.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (subnets, routing, VPN, Direct Connect concepts).
- Hands-on lab or academic project experience with Kubernetes/EKS.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).
- Interest in security best practices for cloud environments.
