Manages the overall infrastructure operations environment, including system uptime, maintenance windows, and disaster recovery support.
- Direct daily NOC/SOC operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with availability, incident, and change management processes.
- Coordinate with System, Network, and Storage Engineers for proactive remediation.
- Maintain configuration documentation and monitoring dashboards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT Systems or Engineering.
- Certifications: ITIL v4 Foundation; CompTIA Network ; PMP optional.
- Experience: 8–10 years in IT operations leadership.
- Clearance: Public Trust – Moderate Risk.
