Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from an accredited college. Entry level. The candidate must be a US citizen.

The Individual Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Support Performance Management Team (PMT) in basic performance metric analysis, productivity improvement identification and solution implementation.
- Conduct required process reviews (time-studies), cost reduction, process/product flow analysis, and capacity utilization studies. Develop and assist team in executing modifications based on desired results.
- Responsible for program floor layout planning and implementation.
- Candidate must be customer-focused with good oral and written communication skills. Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and work effectively team and all levels of management.
- Candidate should be a self-starter with demonstrated self-initiated goals and results.
