We’re seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new group benefits clients across national, mid‑market, and regional accounts. This role partners closely with clients, brokers, and internal teams to deliver customized, seamless implementations that set policyholders up for long‑term success.

Implementation Manager – Remote

What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute customized implementation plans for new group benefits clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Gain a deep understanding of each client’s culture, goals, and priorities to design tailored solutions
- Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams to resolve implementation and transition issues
- Respond to client and broker requests, provide documentation, and drive internal process updates
- Facilitate employee communication strategies that support successful enrollments
- Manage multiple, fast‑paced implementation projects with competing deadlines
- Prepare for and present in finalist meetings and implementation presentations
- Partner with implementation leadership to identify operational efficiencies and improve workflows
- Analyze processes and recommend enhancements to improve outcomes and scalability
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in group insurance with increasing responsibility
- Strong experience in:
- Benefits implementation or administration
- Project or program management
- Large case or national account onboarding
- Proven experience working directly with HR teams and brokers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, multi‑workstream projects
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Experience with enrollment technology and implementation strategy
- Professional certifications such as FLMI or CEBS
- Advanced project management and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Confidence presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority
- Highly organized, proactive, and customer‑focused
