This role will focus on customer-centric technology enablement for both new and existing clients. They will support implementation, adoption, and production support activities for our clients.

Essential Job Functions

• Support new customer implementations for clients end-to-end
• Build Solution Plans to encompass key functionality for the client and understanding of needed customizations
• Lead the implementation team and direct the configuration work of the team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process
• Establish best practices and extend this knowledge across all SitusAMC technologies
• Understand the client’s vision and define project scope and requirements
• Proactive communication and support of project
• Develop partnership with key internal stakeholders: Product, Sales, Engineering, Training.
• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager
  
  

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Mid-level professional with 2-4 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent.
• 2-4 years of financial services/banking experience preferred
• 2-4 years of software/implementation experience preferred

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
