Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, client-facing recruitment environment
- Previous experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open requisitions effectively
- Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree
- ATS: Workday experience
