Essential Responsibilities
- Develops and implements human resources strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Manages and oversees all aspects of the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations/performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, leaves of absence, workers’ compensation, and unemployment.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable local, state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Develops and maintains job descriptions, employee handbooks, and other HR-related documentation.
- Oversees the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Ensures HR operations are cost-effective and efficient.
- Provides routine guidance and support to managers and supervisors in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Develops and implements initiatives to foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
Education
Required
- Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration
- Masters or better in Human Resource Administration

- SPHR

Required
- 5-10 years: Progressive experience in Human Resources.
