- FDA has a significant backlog in retirement and benefits actions for the agency and existing staff cannot keep up with the number of requests and inquiries from staff.
- There is a need for consulting services to assist with the creating and implementation of the liaison servicing model between the agency and the Centers, Offices, and Programs (COPSs), as well as time and attendance staff to support this function centrally for the agency.
- There is a critical need for workforce planning skills to forecast staffing needs and report on hiring and attrition throughout the organization to meet critical business operations.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 years of verifiable experience.
