Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to provide value-added solutions
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, and employment laws
- Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to remain objective, impartial, and confidential
- Skilled in managing multiple, competing priorities across all organizational levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Healthcare-related experience
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience working with collective bargaining agreements
- Organizational Development (OD) experience
- Advanced Excel skills
