Job Description
- Call provider offices to request and validate facility and provider addresses, and collect medical records for the HEDIS project.
- Perform data entry of change of addresses into the system.
- Upload records upon receipt.
- Document all outreach efforts.
- Run reports and work with MS Excel.
- 3 years of medical record review (HEDIS / Overreading & Data Abstraction) experience is Mandatory
- Must be located in Texas
- Must Hold RN OR LVN License from State of Texas is Mandatory
