Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment, specifically CAT Challenger Pull Scrapers and Quadtrac Scrapers.
- Perform cutting to grade, evenly leveling the terrain.
- Conduct pre-inspection and end-of-day inspection of the equipment.
- Report any mechanical concerns or issues to management promptly.
- Ensure professional conduct and appearance according to the site’s code of conduct.
- Communicate effectively and maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure safety.
- 2 years of experience operating scrapers on a commercial job site.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as CAT Challenger Pull Scrapers and Quadtrac Scrapers.
- Experience in commercial construction, civil construction, grading, and earthwork.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to follow OSHA standards.
