This is a fully remote quality assurance role that requires 3 years of healthcare insurance experience.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality testing for all benefit plans for client.
• Collaborate with the AIS team during the plan-building process.
• Utilize various systems to ensure plans are built correctly and meet client specifications.
• Identify and address issues such as incorrect deductibles, out-of-pocket settings, and mail pricing discrepancies.
• Work closely with AIS counterparts to resolve any plan inaccuracies.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong internal communication skills (no phone work required).
• Ability to manage and complete 25 plans per week.
• Scorecard evaluation post-training.
  
  

Minimum

Requirements

• Two or four-year degree required.
• Preference for degrees in Math, Biology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or History, especially those with a strong research background .
• 1 year of Excel experience (no VLOOKUPs or Pivot Tables).
  
  

Preferred

Experience:

• 3 years of healthcare insurance experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, deductibles, copays, and provider language.
• Experience in a production-based environment is a plus (standard is roughly 25 plans worked per week).
• Must have 1 year of Excel experience and pass the test
  
  

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
