What You Will Do

- Serve as the senior point of contact for a key globalclient, building and executing account plans that balance retention, expansion,and transformation.
- Gain a deep understanding of the client's business,competitive landscape, and evolving needs to position Lionbridge as aproactive, strategic partner.
- Lead executive-level account strategy discussions anddeliver innovative, forward-looking solutions that drive client value andbusiness growth.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new revenueopportunities within the account by uncovering whitespace, activating newbuying centers, and launching new initiatives.
- Expand wallet share by aligning Lionbridge capabilities toemerging client needs and identifying where we can capture more of their spend.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and solutioning teamsto shape proposals that win new projects and increase overall account value.
- Use data, insights, and performance metrics to craftcompelling growth cases and multi-year expansion roadmaps.
- Build and nurture executive relationships across globalstakeholder groups, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Act as a trusted advisor by delivering insights andrecommendations that anticipate client needs and create competitive advantage.
- Conduct regular business reviews, value demonstrations, andinnovation briefings that reinforce partnership strength and growth potential.
- Ensure flawless execution of work in collaboration withdelivery teams-meeting or exceeding expectations for quality, cost, and speed.
- Monitor KPIs and satisfaction metrics to proactively manageperformance and drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve challenges swiftly and constructively, maintaininghigh levels of client confidence and retention.
- Stay ahead of trends in localization, global content, AI,and digital transformation to advise clients on future-forward strategies.
- Serve as an industry ambassador, elevating Lionbridge'sposition through thought leadership and strategic recommendations.
- Experience: 5 years managing high-value, complex globalaccounts in enterprise services, technology, localization, or a related field.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and executemulti-pronged account strategies that drive both retention and revenueexpansion.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong hunter mindset with a trackrecord of generating new business, growing wallet share, and exceeding salestargets.
- Relationship Leadership: Exceptional ability to buildtrust, influence at the executive level, and manage senior stakeholdersglobally.
- Industry Fluency: Experience in localization, contentsolutions, SaaS, or B2B professional services preferred.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable leadingcross-functional teams and partnering with solution architects, delivery leads,and marketing to drive outcomes.
