Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Oversee daily field operations across multiple projects.
- Supervise and mentor foremen and crews.
- Maintain schedules, resolve delays, and coordinate manpower.
- Review plans and drawings for accuracy.
- Perform daily inspections; correct deficiencies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with specs, codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct safety huddles and toolbox talks.
- Serve as onsite contact for GCs, inspectors, and partners.
- Attend GC meetings; update project teams.
- Collaborate on RFIs, change orders, and schedules.
- Verify material take-offs and deliveries.
- Track production, manpower, and equipment needs.
- Complete daily reports and assist with lookahead schedules.
- 5 years in commercial drywall/framing; 2 years in leadership.
- Experience with prefabricated panels, bathroom pods, or load-bearing CFMF systems not required but preferred
- Strong blueprint reading, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in safety compliance and reporting tools (Procore, Raken, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel.
