The Gen AI DevOps Lead role is pivotal in guiding multiple global Generative AI projects. This position involves overseeing technical team members, reviewing and writing code, and collaborating with business users to translate their requests into actionable requirements for the development team. The work is conducted within an Agile environment, ensuring flexibility and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle. Though not developing features day in and out, this is a hands on role.

Skills And Requirements
- 6 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infra or Site Reliability
- Expertise in software development design patterns
- Familiarity with Generative AI and common application integration pattern (RAG patterns, tool calling, agentic workflows)
- Strong experience leading developers across multiple application workstreams in the application delivery lifecycle
- Expertise in Azure Cloud Services, Kubernetes, Docker, Container orchestration, building and maintaining CICD pipelines (Github actions preferred)
- Proficiency in Bash scripting, Python, and JavaScript
- Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, networking, and application layers.
- Deep understanding of source code management with Git.
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog,
- Prometheus, Grafana). - Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi).
- Experience supporting microservices architectures and service meshes (Istio, Linkerd).
- Security knowledge (secrets management, network policies, RBAC, least privilege principles).
- Experience in cloud-native SaaS environments.
- Strong collaboration and mentoring skills within
- DevOps and development teams.
- Experience collaborating on performance and load testing to identify application bottlenecks null
