We’re looking for a talented and passionate Game Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and balancing gameplay systems, creating engaging content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring memorable mobile experiences to life. You’ll work on new IPs, shaping the player journey from concept to launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling gameplay systems, mechanics, and features for casual and mid-core mobile games.
- Create and maintain clear, detailed game design documentation.
- Collaborate closely with artists, engineers, and product managers to implement and iterate on features.
- Use player data, feedback, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and optimize game performance.
- Balance game economies, difficulty curves, and progression systems.
- Participate in playtests and tuning sessions to improve game feel and player experience.
- Contribute creatively to brainstorming new game concepts and live ops content.
- 5 years of experience in game design, preferably in mobile F2P games.
- Strong understanding of game mechanics, user experience, and player psychology.
- Experience with Unity in game engine.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Familiarity with mobile game metrics (retention, monetization, engagement) and live ops best practices.
- Passion for games and a deep understanding of what makes them fun and engaging.
- Experience designing for kids or family-friendly games.
- Background in economy design, level design, or narrative design.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Familiarity with scripting or basic programming.
