CTG is seeking to fill a Frontend Developer position for our client in Utica, NY.

Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web application interfaces using React.js and Angular.js frameworks.
- Build and manage reusable component libraries for scalable development.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, maintainable code.
- Optimize components for performance and cross-browser compatibility .
- Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration and high-quality product delivery.
- Develop unit test cases and perform thorough unit testing of code.
- Maintain and improve performance of existing systems; debug, enhance, and document existing features.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and business clients to confirm requirements and resolve issues.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with frontend technologies and best practices.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and Angular.js , including core principles and workflows (e.g., Flux, Redux).
- Experience integrating third-party JavaScript libraries (e.g., charting tools).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and API integration .
- Knowledge of modern frontend security practices (JWT, OAuth).
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS .
- Experience with mobile application development .
- Proficiency with SQL Server 2019/2022 and RDBMS concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a strong customer focus .
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience using source code management tools .
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing web applications using React.js and Angular.js .
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering , or a related field from an accredited institution.
