Front Desk Assistant, Times Square
Reporting to the Assistant Building Director, the Front Desk Assistant serves as the receptionist, directing clients, guests, and walk-ins to appropriate resources. The Front Desk Assistant maintains files, replenishes office supplies, assists with scheduling, and mail distribution.
This position will be onsite, five days a week, Monday-Friday.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet guests, clients, tenants, and walk-ins and direct them to appropriate resources
- Manage mail processing machine and postage meter and distribute incoming mail
- Perform administrative duties ordering office supplies and submitting and tracking invoices
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or related position
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality work product
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
