- Operate a Raymond stand-up forklift to load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials.
- Participate in rack teardowns and other ad hoc projects as required.
- Meet medium-level physical exertion requirements, lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Learn and operate RF systems in a logistics environment.
- Perform basic math and reading tasks to complete job responsibilities and necessary paperwork.
- Follow oral and written instructions accurately.
- Be open to cross-training for case picking.
- Adhere to specific work instructions and best practices to safely and accurately complete daily assignments.
- Support operational processes and procedures to ensure customer value and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation.
- Inspect each pallet or case for correct quantities, items, brands, and lot codes.
- Communicate any problems, concerns, and ideas to management and identify process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse and conduct operations safely.
- Participate in all assigned training programs and adhere to guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience and ability to operate a Stand-up forklift (Reach).
- Medium level physical exertion capability, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to learn and operate RF systems in a logistics environment.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Capability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
- Willingness to cross-train for case picking.
- Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues and improvements.
