Responsibilities
- Own and manage specific projects related to product development of sauces.
- Serve as the technical lead for product development projects.
- Develop product formulas, perform testing, and verify before sending to commercialization.
- Bachelor's degree in food science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience working in a food research and development/product development lab, ideally in pasta sauces, dipping sauces, dressings, or related fields.
- Formulation experience with complex products such as sauces and dressings.
- Experience conducting product development by matching existing products and working on new product development and commercialization.
