- Overtime available when needed.
As a Finish Operator, you'll be responsible for trimming, prepping, coating, and packing quality products safely and efficiently. You'll collaborate with your team to meet production goals while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely move materials and apply coatings.
- Stack, wrap, and label finished products.
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adapt and contribute to team production goals.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Some manufacturing experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
