About The Role
You’ll be part of a team responsible for ensuring a smooth, accurate, and compliant experience for Private Wealth clients. The work centers on reviewing client information, supporting onboarding, coordinating with advisor teams, and helping maintain high-quality client data in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate client account updates and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform due-diligence checks (AML/KYC) for new and existing Private Wealth accounts.
- Support new client onboarding, including assisting with account features, online access, and setup needs.
- Coordinate closely with Private Wealth Advisor teams to gather information and ensure a smooth onboarding and maintenance process.
- Submit and track requests for account services, ensuring changes flow correctly through internal systems.
- Partner with Compliance, Legal, and other Operations teams to resolve account or data-related issues.
- Contribute insights to help improve workflows and processes within the broader Operations environment.

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong judgment and practical problem-solving ability
- Experience managing client expectations or supporting client-facing teams
- Comfort working in MS Office and web-based applications
